Thefrynnxol sells Vascunex, a food supplement in capsule form designed to support cardiovascular function, blood vessel maintenance, digestive comfort, and daily energy metabolism.

The product has not been evaluated by Medsafe or any other regulatory authority as a medicine. Individual responses to dietary supplements vary. We ship to addresses within New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are:

Free standard shipping is available on orders over NZ$35. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. public holidays, courier delays). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

• You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt;
• Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they are defective;
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not affected by our return policy.

8. Consumer Guarantees (New Zealand Law)
